Archives of the State in Rijeka - CROATIA

State Archives of Rijeka today supervises more than 20.000 linear meters of current records in the County and in the city of Senj. The oldest document deposited in the Archives comes from the year 1201.

National Gallery of Canada - CANADA

Canadian Centre for Architecture - CANADA

The Library of the CCA is an international research collection devoted to the history of architecture and the built environment. It comprises nearly 215,000 volumes with emphasis on rare books and special collections relating to the history of architectural theory, practice, and publishing from the fifteenth century to the present. It holds, in addition, over 5,000 serial titles (ca. 760 current subscriptions) and a variety of special materials.

The Serrurier-Bovy Centre asbl (Liege) - BELGIUM

The Centre is housed in the GAR asbl (Groupe d’Ateliers de Recherche). The GAR, founded in 1982, is the research department of the Institut Supérieur d’Architecture Saint-Luc of Wallonia, site of Liege. The objective of the association is research on disciplines like architecture, urbanism, arts and landscaping. The GAR asbl makes all documents from their Archive and Documentation Centre available to students, teachers and researchers. The collection includes more than 2.500 books, 2.000 graphic documents, 150 journal titles, 1400 maps and more than 600 videotapes. It gathers:

Royal Institute for the Study and Conservation of Belgium’s Artistic Heritage - BELGIUM

IRPA/KIK possesses an inventory of over 850,000 photographs covering the various aspects of art in Belgium: monuments and sites, sculpture, painting, murals, textiles, gold and silverware, glass, ceramics and graphic documents, as well as archaeology, folklore, ancient professions and trades, etc. This exceptional documentation includes photographs of works of art and monuments that have since disappeared or lost their original format. Certain photos date back to the end of the 19th century. You can also access their photo library online.

Musées Royaux des Beaux-Arts de Belgique, Les Archives de l’Art Contemporain - BELGIUM

These archives comprise an exceptionally rich collection of documentation on artistic life in Belgium from the 19th to the 20th century (in particular the 20th century collections of the Libre Esthetique, with letters from Monet, Van Gogh, Ensor etc.).
